My stay at Hotel Thongsal had its highlights, particularly due to the excellent service from Manager Sujit and his team. Their warmth and attentiveness made my experience more enjoyable, despite the need for some renovations in the hotel. Unfortunately, the dining options fell short of expectations, especially breakfast, which didn’t quite hit the mark.
